Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Accurately locate, pick, and stage merchandise using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Packing & Labeling: Package items securely for shipment and apply correct shipping labels and documentation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment responsibly.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure orders meet our high standards of quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic for inventory counts and pricing.
- Willingness to Learn: Enthusiasm for training and adapting to new warehouse technologies.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
