Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders according to quality standards and deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S standards for workplace safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
