Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and verify incoming shipments with precision
- Organize and stock inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone operation skills
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
