Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete quality checks on products before shipment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work independently in overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
