Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation procedures
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Enforce quality control standards during packing and labeling processes
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation with precision
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with consistent attendance
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory tracking methods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
