Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock records
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Support shipping/receiving processes and quality checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to off-site locations
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
