Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completion of paid training
- Accurately receive, scan, and store inventory in the warehouse management system
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Mesa facility
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
