Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required by certification.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
