Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete digital paperwork for inventory and shipping documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to/from the 10 PM-6 AM shift
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Comfortable working in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
