Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and unload inbound shipments using material handling equipment
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as assigned
- Prepare outbound shipments and ensure proper labeling and documentation
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Uphold strict 5S cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless inventory handover
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
