Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Stamina to stand/walk 8-10 hours per shift
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Teamwork orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (seasonal)
