Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and dock areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for overnight shifts
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
