Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound shipments with accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick/pack orders for same-day dispatch
- Maintain inventory counts via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet KPIs
- Perform cycle counts and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Flexibility to work 10 PM-6 AM schedule
- Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Pass background/drug screening
