Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management systems to accurately track stock levels and pick orders.
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring all orders meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of inventory and operational goals.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
