Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid certification
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits following company standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery using proper packaging techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to work on overnight schedule
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory tasks
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work independently
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
