Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment with precision and efficiency
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) following strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless workflow and meet production targets
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping to maintain standards
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shift
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Reliable transportation to the Kapiolani Blvd location
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete paid training program (2 weeks)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
