Responsibilities
- Lead 5-8 person overnight shift in inventory management and order fulfillment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a 150,000 sq ft facility
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operations
- Manage inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with 1+ years in leadership
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 certification
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Experience with cross-docking and zone-picking systems
