Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 member overnight shift team, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with 99.8% accuracy
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout for overnight efficiency using lean principles
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety compliance documentation
- Interface with day-shift supervisors for seamless handover operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Counterbalance & Reach Truck)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in varied temperatures
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse KPIs
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
