Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead a team of 8-10 associates in achieving daily production targets with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate automated systems including AS/RS, conveyor belts, and WMS software
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with day shift supervisors and logistics coordinators
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in leadership/supervisory role
- Forklift certification (valid) and experience with automated systems
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions during peak hours
- Physical stamina to work 8-hour shifts in temperature-controlled environment (32-45°F)
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
