Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor overnight warehouse staff (5-10 team members)
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Handle equipment maintenance requests and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean record
