Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 8-12 associates in high-volume order fulfillment
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems and automation technology
- Conduct daily safety audits and implement OSHA compliance protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Experience with inventory control and safety compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
