Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized work areas while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with 95%+ accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid CA driver's license (for equipment operation)
