Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 8-12 warehouse associates in receiving, storing, and shipping operations
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and quality teams
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to maximize productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse leadership experience with overnight operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
