- Oversee 15+ overnight team members across receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for 24/7 efficiency
- Conduct daily performance reviews and skill development sessions
- Manage cross-functional coordination with day shift supervisors
- Resolve operational issues using data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in overnight operations
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials
- Expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Proven track record in labor optimization and cost control
- Strong analytical skills with KPI reporting experience
- Ability to lead in high-pressure, low-light environments
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field required
