Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 member overnight crew across receiving, picking, and shipping operations
- Ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy via WMS system oversight
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety audits
- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean methodologies
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Train new hires on equipment operation (RF scanners, forklifts)
- Generate daily performance reports for regional management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
