Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person overnight warehouse team including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Execute inventory management protocols using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with 3PL partners and carriers
- Implement safety compliance protocols and conduct daily safety audits
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Process payroll adjustments and attendance records for overnight staff
- Generate daily operational reports for morning management team
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight operations
- OSHA certification and CPR/First Aid training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (Manhattan, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
