Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping activities with 3PL partners
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Knowledge of DOT shipping regulations and hazardous material handling
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
