Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person overnight shift team with precision leadership
- Optimize inventory control systems and order fulfillment workflows
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all operations
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with distribution centers
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy
- Train staff on new warehouse technologies and equipment
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume overnight workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills for emergency situations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management
