Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person overnight team ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all warehouse operations
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems to meet 99.5% accuracy targets
- Conduct shift handovers and coordinate with day operations team
- Manage inventory counts and reconciliation processes
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 10/30 certification and forklift certification required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
