Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ overnight warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and accurate order fulfillment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Implement process improvements using WMS systems (SAP, Oracle experience preferred)
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
- Maintain OSHA compliance and equipment maintenance records
- Resolve operational escalations with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership skills with team-building experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Spanish/English bilingual required for Laredo market
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean MVR
