We're seeking experienced warehouse leaders to oversee night shift operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, safety compliance, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate overnight warehouse team (10-15 associates) to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance in all operations
- Optimize inventory management systems including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless transition of operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
