Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and inventory management
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory records
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to management
- Prepare daily activity reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
