Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to meet daily production targets.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and workflow issues.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
