Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in strict accordance with safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock verification.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided upon hiring).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
