Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency using our streamlined systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyors) after paid certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the packing department
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order processing
- Reliable transportation to our Tulsa facility
