Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing paid certification training
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and common areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Henderson warehouse location
- Willingness to work flexible overnight shifts (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
