Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize inventory storage through strategic slotting and cycle counting
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain OSHA compliance through rigorous safety protocols and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate real-time productivity reports using warehouse management software
- Train new associates on SOPs and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our program)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with mathematical aptitude
- Flexibility to work variable overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Indiana driver's license for equipment operation
