Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders using handheld scanning devices
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ergonomic guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Sort, segregate, and prepare items for shipment
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds frequently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
