Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Meet daily productivity targets while adhering to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and solve operational challenges
- Follow all safety protocols and Amazon's operational guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory verification processes
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak season holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
