Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to process inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Sort, organize, and prepare packages for delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Handle returns and damaged inventory according to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or the legal age to work in your state.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
