Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload palletized products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct quality checks and inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and HACCP compliance standards
- Operate automated sorting systems and conveyor equipment
- Complete shift logs and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 32°F to -10°F environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
