Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in cold storage units
- Load, unload, and organize perishable inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily safety inspections and equipment checks
- Document inventory movements and storage conditions
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (4°C/40°F and below)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior cold storage experience required
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Dr facility
