Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Scan and label packages to ensure proper inventory tracking and routing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and conveyances as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn handheld scanner technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
