Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in temperature-controlled environments (34°F-40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products efficiently
- Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols for cold storage facilities
- Assist with inventory management using barcode scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
- Basic warehouse equipment operation experience or willingness to train
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Valid driver's license preferred for facility vehicle operation
- Reliable transportation to the 789 Industrial Parkway location
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings/afternoons
