Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in climate-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license (forklift operation training provided)
- Flexible availability including early mornings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
