- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated warehouses (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Enforce sanitation protocols including cleaning equipment and facility surfaces
- Monitor warehouse security systems and report anomalies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Document temperature logs and compliance records accurately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail in quality control procedures
- Availability for weekend shifts and holidays during peak seasons
- Ability to work efficiently in cold environments (4+ hour shifts)
