Responsibilities
- Load/unload temperature-controlled shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain precise inventory records in WMS systems
- Monitor and document storage temperatures/humidity levels
- Operate refrigeration units and HVAC systems
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 34°F-40°F environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
