Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report irregularities
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
- Operate automated storage retrieval systems (ASRS)
- Complete digital documentation using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Comfort working in cold environments (4-hour shifts)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
