Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated facilities
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and document inventory conditions using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Operate and maintain refrigeration equipment under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient warehouse operations
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F) for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/nights
