Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies immediately
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols including HACCP standards
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and cross-docking operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent contamination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (36°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and quality control focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Reliable transportation to Port Industrial Blvd location
